We are seeking experienced Production Plant Manager for Enaex's business out of Utah.

The Enaex Plant Manager is responsible for ensuring the safe delivery of explosive products, daily production and services at customer sites.

General Responsibilities and Duties of the Production Plant Manager:
Direct and manage plant operations for production, maintenance, quality, shipping and receiving.
Coordinate plant activities through planning to insure the total manufacturing objectives are accomplished in a timely, safe, and cost-effective manner, ensuring optimal plant operations.
Ensures we live up to our We put people's safety and integrity first by properly training and monitory adherence to all laws and regulations, safety, compliance and procedures.
Ensures our We Are One Culture is embraced, modeled, and taught.
Assists in the development of strategic plans for operational activity.
Ensures maintenance service operates efficiently and within statutory or contractual requirements.
Maintains IFTA, DOT, State, Federal, ATF and Hazmat compliance.
Establish and monitor overall plant performance for production and quality standards.
Leadership skills that provide the ability to solve problems and make decisions both individually and in a team environment.
Implements and maintains preventative maintenance programs.
Incorporates shop floor organization and plant cleanliness among plant personnel Reading and interpreting instructions or diagrams Working and Leading as part of an efficient professional team
Qualifications:
Three years Industry experience in Mining or Manufacturing.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Safety Consciousness Financial Management Must pass a pre-employment drug test Able to obtain ATF employee possessor status - No felony convictions DOT and Hazmat experience will be highly regarded Enaex is an Equal Opportunity Employer Work Remotely No Job Type:
